The Role: What You’ll Do
· Keep data clean: Manage customer and deal records in HubSpot (clinicians, admins, users, EHRs).
· Pipeline hygiene: Update stages, owners, and dates so leadership has an accurate view.
· Own renewals basics: Track timelines, build simple renewal views, flag risks/opps.
· Usage insights: Review utilization data and highlight retention opportunities.
· Onboarding prep: Ensure new customers have the right info for smooth implementation.
· Visibility: Create lightweight reports on renewals, expansions, and success activity.

Pay, Benefits & Details
· Salary: $49,000 base + performance plan up to $6,000/year tied to retention/renewals.
· Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life, PTO, 401(k) with company match, and a vibrant culture.
· Schedule: Monday–Friday 9am – 5pm EST.
· Location: Remote, USA only. Must reside in one of: FL, GA, IN, LA, NC, NJ, SC, TX, TN, VA.
